Two-Step Pricing Decision Models for Manufacturer-Led Dual-Channel Supply Chains

In this paper, we study the optimal profit change in a manufacturer-led dual-channel supply chain under centralized decision-making and decentralized scenarios. The is composed of only single supplier, manufacturer, retailer, manufacturer plays leading role chain. Meanwhile, following conditions exist simultaneously: promotion levels retailers offline physical stores, compensation given by manufacturers to retailers, channel competition. order coordinate profits members, two-step pricing decision model established. This research shows that using can make retailer’s fees manufacturer’s sales same as decision-making’s values; however, results are not good, because after coordination, increase decrease, and, consequence, retailer needs pay fixed fee within validity contract, which signed both sides, achieve win–win situation for members.
